Poland Visa Application Requirements

• Proof of business purpose (conference tickets, agendas)

• Travel insurance 

• Proof of financial means

• Hotel and flight bookings

• Visa fee receipt

Purpose: Tourism, visiting family/friends

• Travel medical insurance 

• Proof of financial means (bank statement, sponsor letter)

Purpose: Long-term employment in Poland

Key Requirements:

• Proof of accommodation
